for young ladies that possess a high level of professionalism. Modeling for Nizhoni Way Apparel is highly stressful and
high profile but as many stresses the models undertake the fun they have together more than makes up for it.
Nizhoni Way Models are like sorority sisters. Getting along with existing models is a must. Disruption of current models
are terms for expulsion.
Models coming in from other organizations need to understand that you are entering an organization in which the
organizer has had serious fashion industry experience and that upon selection, you will be retrained and broken of
"bad" habits taught by other organizations. "Diva" attitudes and negative behavior will not be tolerated and is
cause for expulsion. In some cases, models are asked to end ties with former organizations and former models that
were expelled due to disruptive behavior.
Nizhoni Way Apparel designs for fashion shows are made in sample sizes 0, 2, 4 and 6. Models are required to
maintain sizes for photo shoots and runway. Training is provided for models. Potential models will be required to
submit to an interview process with designer before being casted for any shows or photo shoots. Potential models
under the age of 18 must attend interview with parent or guardian.
What do you bring to a Nizhoni Way Apparel interview? Comp cards, a portfolio, a list of shows and previous work
you have done. Dressing up in full make up and hair is not always a must and does not guarantee casting. Good
skin, height, and positive attitude a must. All models are chosen by Nizhoni Way Apparel designer, Dwayne
Clauschee-there are no appeals or offices to call-FINAL SELECTIONS ARE FINAL.
Models will be notified at a later date if they have been casted. Models working with Nizhoni Way Apparel must be
non-exclusives (models coming in from other "modeling" organizations). Models already signed to any contracts will
not and cannot be accepted. Plus size models are casted but a referral from an NWA CORE MODEL will get you an
